1. Check the Landline Phone

One of the main reasons for the EE broadband not working is the out of service landline phone. That is why checking its state should be your first task. To verify whether everything is working properly, you’ll need to plug the phone cable into the socket where your router is plugged in. Then, you should listen carefully to check if there is a dial tone. You could also try to make a call and see if it goes through.

2. Verify Whether the Broadband Service is Active
