Scroll down to the <strong>SSID Configuration Details<\/strong> section and in the SSID Name field type the new network name if you want to change it.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>5. As <strong>Authentication Mode<\/strong> select <strong>WPA\/WPA2 PreSharedKey.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>6. In the <strong>WPA PreSharedKey<\/strong> field enter the new WIFi password.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>7. Since you are logged in, please make sure to keep the <strong>Enable WPS<\/strong> checkbox <strong>unchecked<\/strong>. In case you don\u2019t use this option actively, you should <a href=\"https:\/\/routerctrl.com\/disable-wps-on-att-router\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"5580\">keep WPS disabled<\/a> because it weakens the security of your network.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>8. Click on the <strong>Apply<\/strong> button to save the new settings.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>If you have changed the settings for the <a href=\"https:\/\/routerctrl.com\/asus-router-2-4ghz-not-working\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"2966\">2.4GHz network<\/a>, you can do the same for the 5GHz network.
